I don't understand the whole 'patching' concept.
Is there an In-game option that lets u change it?

if i m not wrong, you will need to have a DVD burner to get this done.

first you copy the contents of your WE 9 disc onto your computer, replace the desired file with a patch downloaded and re burn the whole disc again.

think you can google this.

Also, the pro-evolution version has commentary in german, spanish, italian, french and english..
