What's the best option file available for WE9 [JAP]?

I have WEmerica Version 5. (With the option file v4.4).

The patch is great, but there's a freeze problem with the option file. Whenever I try to edit, or play as Real Madrid in the game, the game freezes. There doesn't seem to be anyway of fixing this other than getting an other option file.

I know there's a WEmerica v6 out now, with a newer option file (v.4.6), I've had a good search around on here, but I can't see anyone who has the v4.6 option file available for download on it's own. The only way I can get hold of it is via downloading the whole patch over again...but it took long enough last time, so I don't really want to download the whole patch again.

So does anyone have or know where I can get hold of the v4.6 option file, or alternatively does anyone have an option file for WE9 [JPN version] that works fine?

I think the option file only changes player names, league names, etc. I think kits and all the other novelties of the WEmerica patch are all on the disk itself.

So anyone have any ideas?

I can't undestand why Reefur team didn't make a Patch, WEmerica y pretty half made, no real names on-patch, no PPF, some HORRIBLE pitch textures, many translation missing, wrong names.

So is there no decent save file for the Japanese version then?

Or is there a Wemerica type patch for the newly released US version.

Although I'd hate to have to get hold of a copy of the US version, and then get hold of a copy of a new patch as my download speeds are slow at the moment.

Does anyone know if just any english translation save file for WE9 will work without glitching with the WEmerica patch?
