The differences between WE8 and PES4 have been posted a while ago so try a search to find the answers. There's not much difference though, the main ones being the fact that they updated the teams, so Wolves are in WE8 but not in PES4.

WE8:LE is quite different to PES4. A much better game for a start. And you can read more differences by checking out the WE8:LE impressions thread.
