Wolf's Option File Installation

I've searched around on the site, and I've found bits and pieces of instructions as to how exactly to do this, but I haven't found the whole process. I tried installing this last night, and I thought you had to rename the file to option.dat, and overwrite the old option.dat file. This didn't work, but after reading some posts, it seems that I have to paste Wolf's file in the save folder.

Do I paste Wolf's whole option folder in the save folder, or just the file? When I do this, do I also delete the option file in the PES3 folder?

Just copy the options file from Wolf's folder, and replace the one you have in the KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 3\save\KONAMI-WIN32PES3OPT folder. How hard can it possibly be?
