With the option file u can load on pro evo 4 with the max drive does it have correct kits for country's an club teams?

Wil it also create an have all correct players for tottenham and all teams ?

It will have real teams for club sides.

It will not have real kits for National sides.

It will have all the correct names for every team.

The max drive option file only contains data that you can make using the ingame edit mode. So all kits for non-licenced teams can be updated quite a bit to look more realistic and do look ok - but they are nothing compared to the patched kits you get after patching the game properly.

The team squads are edited accurately for when the file was released.
