It's totally pointless though. If you push an opponent then by the laws of the game you should be sent off, so who's gonna want to get their players sent off after every innocuous challenge?

Sometimes a player annoys me so much that I'd welcome a button to kick him in the face. You don't exactly think about consequences when it comes to those moments. You should also ask, "what player would want to be sent off just because an opponent insulted him?" Well, there you have Zidane.

You dont have to do it after EVERY innocuous challenge, its an option, like the diving, depending on how the game is going.

Yeah, but if they implemented the rules properly, what would be the point in getting a man sent off for doing it? It would become redundant, like the 'quick' free kicks in PES6.

Bt we all know in football the rules are not implemented 100% right all of the time, referee's are only human and can't catch everything. The ref's in PES should miss things, offsides, dives and the all mentioned at the start of the thread. Make it like football as much as possible............

Although i feel football should be obeyed by the book 100% of the time its just doesn't work like that. PES ref's should have some degree of "human" error.

Wouldn't work. You'd only be able to "program" the game to do it randomly without extensive work, therefore you could be 8 yards offside and go on to score a legal goal. Then again, so could the other team, which of course would mean the game was cheating everyone.

I don't know a thing about programing but i know this sort of thing would be difficult. Thing is, we go on about what we think would be ideal for pro evo, what could make it better etc. No doubt Konami go through the exact same thought process, they may have thought the same ideas and decided they would be too difficult.

I aint hiding behind no screen, this is a forum and I voiced my opinion and started having a joke and adding a bit of sarcasm, but you resort to this... grow up, mabye we should all stop hiding behind our screens like we are all doing... and all of us could meet somewhere to have a chat and what not... mabye you could say something to me then.

And correct me if im wrong but id say your acting cocky too by saying that and taking the piss, I havn't taken the piss so you tell me how I am being cocky and you are not... ill leave it at that so when you stop hiding behind your screen then lets talk.

and for you saying about meeting up i really doubt you would come to leeds or i would go to sheffield to "sort out" a spat on the internet, not that im scared or saying that youre scared yourself but would i really waste my time, fuel, energy on someone saying my idea was shit? no because i have better things to do, ill argue my point from behind my keyboard if the issue is as small as this. i didnt mind that someone didnt like my idea, theres no idea by anybody put forward on here that everybody agrees with, i just didnt like the attitude you gave saying you didnt like mine especially when you said its not how you would have replied in person. its a bad attitude you have and if you use it at all in life it really wont get you anywhere

thats where i got the whole issue of meeting up coz you did kind of say it there and if that was what you meant i wasnt going to make it look like id pussy out of it when you mentioned it

also i just dont think in person you would have the kind of attitude you showed about it coz its really bad manners and it gets peoples backs up being so rude, i know i wouldnt because even if i dont agree with the idea i have the respect for other peoples opinions on how they would think the game would be improved

afterall it is a forum and people discuss these things whether its an idea you like or not, most of the things in here i wouldnt say are the greatest ideas but i arnt going to go in saying its shit and causing tension because its just not worth getting into an argument over an idea that we will never see in the game anyway

I think PES 2008 has changed since PES 6 in terms of referees' and their decisions.

I dont know if its just me but i find myself giving away more freekicks than I did in PES6, and im getting more red cards for tackles that would have been a yellow in PES6.

I once got 3 red cards in a match... it was probably that asian ref.
