I always prefer freedom in soccer games.. I’d like to choose where to pass.. The key to this point is ANALOG PASSING in PES series by using right analog sticks.. in many occasions I even score with analog passes.. I’m so pleased to determine the directions and strenngth of my passes and shoots…
Fiffa never implements this.. That is why THERE IS NO CHANCE for Fifa to catch PES…

BTW, grafix are better (smoothness ) for PES.. and even Licencing ( only point Fifa has the power) deficit become lesser every day ( champions league issue)

In fifa its just like your space is restricted and your options aswell. Evertime you try to run down the line or try to beat your man anywhere you loose the ball. If they come in atall on you they always seem to win the ball. Now evertime i get the ball i know i cant run past or at defenders so i constantly have to pass it arounds and that would be ok if you could beat your man more than just a couple of times. fifa 09 that is

We may fall victom to GTA syndrome. It was the worst case i have ever seen. There was no cure for it as it was overhyped to the point where it was going to explode. If we just lower our expectations then we may all get hard ons

The worse thing to ever happen to PES/ISS is converting all the FIFA fan boys. When they realised how superior the game play was, they've moaned about licenses and what not, still do, and it's now become the biggest focus of the game.

I had some of the greatest games of football that a computer game could offer with players like Larcos and Facu.

I'd like them to all go back to FIFA and leave us in peace.

That's not necessarily a bad thing. I hate playing people whose sole tactic on PES is to pass to Messi, Ronaldinho, Kaka, Ronaldo, etc. and run with the ball, knowing it is incredibly difficult to take the ball off them. I choose not to play that way and love passing the ball about, but love it when I beat these cutback cunts. What I like on FIFA is that there's a stamina gauge for sprinting, so players can't sprint non-stop without getting tired.

yh i am more of a passing player myself but on fifa 09 its like you could be drogba and have a counter attack up against 2 defenders but there is nothing you can do. u definetly cant run near them even if you are drogba and if you try to go through them they'll jump in on you and because there's not a very good response time on it you cant ever turn away or anything and most of the time you end up turning away and passing the ball off to nothing. On pes its so free and you are able to do so many things with the ball and nothing is near impossible to do.

hmm somebody who uses the analogue stick to pass, i thought this feature was always overlooked by players, it is by me anyways!FIFAs main problem is its shooting, its so dam random, whereas on PES2008 and all prior games if you know the player and there capabilities you can better judge the shot and it feels like you have more control over it

DEfinetaly.. PLayers always overlook that Analog stick passing..
I don't know why.. ok It is difficult to learn , but if u do, there in nothing or no where left that u can't do in a game.. I luv PES for this feature.. Fifa has to implement this function too..
