oh and i saw a post on pesfan about the size of the png images....now i could easily go check them but they are 256x256 or whatever he claimed they needed to be?

They can't use the EPL ones in their option file anyway so send them the arsenal one or something to get them to try it:lol:

there will be a guide published this week on how to get the files from here and onto ur PS3 and how to make them look the real-deal! so check back soon! but yes u need a usb stick

I'm also a graphic design here in the USA, but have little time to do much on this as of yet. But seems like your doing it all anyway! :) Things are looking great.

Anyone know if OF created for the European PES 2009 will work for the North American release the game? We have just under a month from your release to ours and was just curious if someone would have to make a new OF just for us here.

ermmm thats a good question,...... to be totally honest i cant see why not, since we can play US games on uk machines. but get that checked first.

Yeah I imported in PES 2008 last year since the NA release was like 4 months after the UK one. Someone told me that UK OFs wouldnt work with the NA version. NOw I was hoping since our game is only out 3 weeks or so after the UK version that they would be the same structure for OF. Fingers crossed.

No the Euro option files never have worked on the US version for next generation consoles. I made one for the ps3 last year....I MAY do another BASIC one this year but i havent decided yet.

Yeah I was hoping they would fix that. Not sure why they wouldnt work, The game has to be 100% the same as the euro version being that its out around the same time no?

Even not I guess I would just ad the kit images etc, and make the transfers I suppose

not sure if you remember or were around...but last year i released a very basic option file...i would essentially do the same...kits, rosters, emblems would make sure everything is 100% but nothing crazy like appearances, changing stats, fan chants or any of that other stuff...i like playing more than editing so i didnt want to spend weeks doing it. i may do it again this year im not sure tho

Right guys just been looking round the net, and i think im going to resize the pngs weve done to 256x256, ive just seen a video and sure i can get positioning right, but with what theguys dnoe already, they look positioned fine, should be a simple apple c, apple v jobs then shrunk transformed...
team any thoughts?

thanks for all of this, downloaded everything so far, just thinking it would be cool if 360 users can do this but thy cant lol, well i was gonna get it on 360 but i can play pes with a 360 controller, fifa i can but for pes it needs to be a playstation controler so ps3 it is for me

I think that sounds good. I think either way long as they are 256 the individual users can resize or position as t hey see fit
