How many goals on average to people score each season? I'm on my 5th season now as a CF and got 73 previously with Manchester United, moved to AC Milan and then got 82 in a season
We WON! Came on as substitute in all the games, I got the winning goal in exra-time to beat Netherlands 2-1 in the last 16, and got the winning goal against Italy in the Quarter Final we won 3-2. Also set up the winning goal in the Semi against Paraguay and got 7.5 rating. Loving this Game.
Also, transferred from Middlesborough to Feyenoord, they came 4th in their league, won the league-cup and came runners-up in UEFA cup, looked like the best choice to me.

Sometimes you might not *want* to transfer out of your team and in to another, but I encourage you to do some research.
If the team you are on is only playing League games and is knocked out or not even participating in the European Championship or the European Masters Cup you might want to consider leaving.
The MORE games your Club team plays, the FASTER your BAL player grows.
So you might not want to transfer, but if that other team is playing league, cup and championship games then that is the way to go.

Thanks for that tip. Thing is I was getting offers from Stoke, Sunderland, West Ham etc..not really teams better than Middlesborough, and Middlesborough havnt qualified for any european tournaments.
I really think you should go for a team that is qualified for one of the european tournaments. It doesn't matter if the team is worse than Middlesborough. If you're early in your career I think the most important thing it to try to get your stats to a decent level before you try to take your team to the finals.
Just deleted my BAL cant be arsed anymore. Stupid really, moved to Feyernoord, scored 2 goals in first training game and went straight to first team. Being played either as CF or AMF in a 4-3-1-1 which is horrible. Everytime a midfielder passes to you, your either just on your own or you get tickled from behind straight away and player falls over. My first 7 games i got fouled like 15 times.
Also, was brought on as a sub at 78mins, played fine and had a really good shot saved, and was brought off 5 mins later. No fucking point, also taken about 15 sick shots and goalie has saved them all so games got boring now.

I also started a new BAL, this time I imported a picture of myself!
My first year I try to make plays instead of going for goal since my stats are low. If there's a corner kick I really try to set myself up for goal. I have gotten 10 goals this way so far. I'm playing as a SS and have already gotten the Scoring special ability.

When your stats are low its best to put 5 or 6 blocks in strengthen on balance because it will increase probably the 2 most important stats: body balance(how well you are able to keep the ball from being taken from you) and team work ability(how often your teammates pass you the ball when you call for it).
The reason I say this is because no matter how good you are at kicking or dribbling, it ends being for nothing if your pushed off the ball and at 17 you will be.
Plus, Im sure that everyone has been in a situation where they were wide open and called for the ball, but their AI teammate on the ball was too dumb to play them the ball and ended up running into a defender.
I think the best way to make the quickest impact on any team you are one is to get those two stats up so that your teammates pass you the ball as often as you want and so that when you get the ball, you able to keep it long enough to do something with it. I admit the start of BAL is slow but its gets better and a lot more fun when your player is eventually able to compensate for the dumb AI.

13 goals 5 assists in first half of second season
Signed for Inter Milan mid second season and scored 3 more goals
Made the England squad at end of my second season
I got 1 goal and 1 assist in the group stage
I score 2 goals in 3-1 win over South Korea in first knockout stage match……
………then my save file got corrupted….

Fair play. is that on ps2? it's just on xbox 360 the best teams you first sign for in the english league are like Aston Villa and Man City.

I was surprised....I think that its because they got relegated to Serie B 2 yrs ago...Yea they got back up to Serie A the next season but relegation couldnt have helped their ranking too much....
I played well.....I was second on the ratings rankings for forwards.....I scored goals and made good passes.....I helped Juve get to the cup final, which i didnt play in.....stuff just went right for me...
Juve has got to be the best team you can possibly start with in BAL....

Okay I've had a chance to play through a few years now... Started as an AMF for Middlesborough, played lots of games, scored a hatrick!! heaps of MOM awards but didn't win anything... so frustrating!! anyway I was with them for 4 seasons before transferring to Newcastle for 3 seasons. Much better team, we actually competed for cups and league titles. scored another hatrick, more MOM awards. Now at Tottenham (3rd year) 27 years old, ranked 2 in world, playing AMF behind Dos Santos, its great... Most of the youth in the team have become great players and we won the champions league and cup last year. came 3rd in league still arrghh!! started playing representative games and waiting on getting the euro and world player of the year awards before I get too old!

Juve are still counted as top 3 of serie A in this game. Even though they were relegated. It was 2 yrs ago so it doesn't really matter.
