Hi Smoke,
i've installed your patch 1.6 and it works great (still downloading 1.6.1). But when i installed another bootpack, the boot pictures on the left screen did not change. The pictures are still your boots and it's confusing to select a boot because the pictures and the preview don't match. Can you help me change the picture of the boots on the left screen?

I get this message, no matter which team am I playing for.

I renamed the team to Arsenal in Team Adjustment - Edit Team, but by the default it's called "NO TEAM NAME"
Please fix this. Your patch is fantaaastic!

My saves still do not work... Bal especially... I want to continue with my player... Any ideas?

it depends, if you have the saves from before installing any of smoke patches the saves will not work, if you have started them after installing then i suggest you sending the BAL save to [email protected] so i can take a look at it
messi should have a face, if u do not have it that means something is wrong with installation, i suggest reinstalling the patch but before doing that delete any other patch files in the pes directory.

boot and boots preview are separated, when u change boots the preview does not change, same goes to balls and stadiums, changing the preview is not easy, you have to create the preview then add it with GGS.
the game works fine, i played with your super arsenal
i even had good time crashing zenit i think you have to Redownload then Reinstall the update 1.6.1, this should fix the problem, but be careful to follow the instructions exactly as mentioned in the readme file.

no you dont have to reinstall PES if you have already installed previous smoke patches, BUT: it is very important that you delete the old kitsever BEFORE copying the new kitserver
Thanks for the reply, i finished creating the preview. Now how do i add it with GGS? Is it the one in the pdata.img folder? It's better if you can provide some screenshots too so it will be easier for me. I downloaded GGS 7.40

to all, there is something wrong when starting ML mode, team comes without name, ill get back to u soon...
found the solution, the new file from the update (unnamed_5 is defected), use the one from the original 1.6, it will take away some new players but it will be bug free.

can I download this patch without promoted teams replacing relegated ones , and also without new season transfers ??
I downloaded patch 1.5 and 1.5.1 update just because of this and some bugs came out like when I try to add players to some teams like Syria and North Korea , the game just shuts down . I don't know if the same happen in 1.6 , and is there a solution for this problem ??

no its not possible to have the patch without promoted teams and without new players, if you want to keep using the 1.5.1, then to bypass the extra teams add player crash i recommend you do transfers using pes2009 editor, nice and easy program

it can be fixed, but we must sacrifice the number of players in those teams, so using pes editor is the way to go, i recommend all to use it for transfers, it is user-friendly.

dido,i just play your patch and it working nicely..but i have a question...why i cant install the kitserver setup?...i cant press the install button..is it why my MU team in that patch still using the old kit?can you tell me whats the problem?other than that...your patch is rock man!:laugh:

the official upload is the filefactory link, although no one complained about the rapidshare links, i would recommend downloading from FF, and dont forget to update to 1.6.1
if you cant press the install it means it is installed OR the exe is not selected in the boxes on the side, be sure that they are, and be sure to copy the exe from the patch to that location.
