Okay, I think this is my second ever post on these forums, but perfectstrik has got me out of my slumber.

I have been linked to this thread and read the info. I won't go into specifics but part of what you said in your opening post about you getting the review code and it blowing FIFA10 out the water may well be true. I won't state which part however.

I have since looked at your previous posts on these boards back to July and there is a degree of consistency in how you post. you clearly know what you want from a football game, and I agree with just about everything you say regards what should make a great football game.

It also is apparent that your colours are nailed firmly to the PES/Konami mast.

My only issue with what you are saying perfectstrik is that everything you have said about this review code comes across as a wish list of what you want in the game, and as such I am finding it hard to believe you. What is particularly bamboozling though is that if what you say is complete nonsense, yet you are a PES fan, why would you wish to lead everybody on this merry dance of yours only for you to be the one that looks stupid.

I didn't mean to sound harsh there, because part of me thinks that what you say might well be valid if I break it down like that to myself( Re : why would you say these things if you love the franchise?) , but I implore you to not continue to keep posting this kind of stuff up if it is infact no more than a wish list dressed in you saying that you have played a later build. It won't do you any favours.

That said, I really hope you are legit with what you say, and if this does prove to be the case with PES2010 I doft my cap to you for giving a renewed sense of anticipation. I just can't see it panning out like you have said unfortunately.

I'll give you this, you are being incredibly specific with what you say and some of what you post does corroborate with other things I know.

Well either its true or Perfectrik is one of the best Konami salesperson. That was a perfect pitch sale. This has increased the anxiety of waiting for the demo even more.

But like I said, a few of the thing that he is saying, I dont think they add up, I thought about challenging him on several things, but I'm gonna wait and see actually.

You know what, he's opened up such a can of worms, i believe one of the major sites with a link to konami may move to validate his story or destroy it.

He's got at least 2 forums hanging on his every word, i can see their posts now. lol.

There are some playtest details tomorrow btw from canniga, he plays the latest build, will be interesting to see what he says in response to all this.

You know Ign's did write a good preview about the latest build of the game, that's why I was shocked about the code that was shown at gamescom because it looked nothing like what was described in the IGN's report, so I think Perfectrik may be telling the truth after all.

Im not raising false hope im just advising you all that we are in safe hands and konami have raised the bar yet again like they did when they first made PES and that the whole finished package is representitive of the quality of the graphics on show at gamescom and that the animation you see at gamescom is pes09s not pes2010.

Its out with the old and in with the new and pes is so much better for it.

Secrets are secrets for a reason you never want the enemy to see your newer weapons before you have had a chance to use them or when there not 100% calobrated properly.

Marketings wrong now we all know about games before there released so theres just no suprises anymore...........no offence and this is said with the greatest of respect......... its just like pearl harbour again a suprise raid to create a vacum underneath all EAs marketing work.

Yeah the language he used leaves no room for error, from what he wrote its seems that konami is going for the overkill this year. Still unless Konami is playing tricks with us, it still doesn't seem logical for them to have shown this very flawed version of the game at gamescom.

To my knowledge, Konami will not have read his posts and in any case, they would then need to contact someone with the authority to delete the posts i.e. me.

ps3 and before you ask you have to use the left analog stick to get the benefit of 360 movement..........
