yeah i cant wait, i bought fifa last friday and must say i have played the we demo more fifa looks great from afar but there realy is something missing for me, i just cant get into it. pes 2010 looks set to be the best in the series i just hope they have the online sorted out this year

now as a manutd fan dont get me started about being overreated and that i will admit that in pes last year park was overated. but that vid looked amazing despite the animations i still cant wait for PES

^Yeah saw that. Why didn't they improve Amauri and Grygera and Giovinco in appearance :(. Man, Italian teams are sometimes overlooked. That's why I get mad. At least, Melo and del piero are awesome.

Guys your just nit picking now,look at that those final code vids isnt it pretty much what we all really wanted,inch perfect through balls and passing.Its not about animation its about motion and pes2010 has got that nailed.Look at fifa10 a over hyped buggy mess that has been so over hyped by the media and is without doubt the biggest media dupe of the 21st century.

Just enjoy what we have this year its only 12 months to the next one and im sure the animation will take a bigger step up.

Man utd love them or hate them they do play attractive football and are worthy of there success with there consistentant performances.

The gameplay looks pretty good, although I can only say how good once I get the game on 23rd October.

The commentary is still the same-ish...

Why can't they get different commentators? I know this has been said many times before, but PES should change commentators now..... Or make the ones PES has better.
It sounds like Jon Champion is reading something of a script instead of saying what he sees on the pitch. Of course he is reading from a script, but come on, look at what FIFA are doing.... If they can do it so can PES.

Edwin van der Sar is a great keeper. His performances over the last few seasons have been world class. Rooney is quite fast.

As for for Barbatov he has a lot of technique. He makes the game look easy.
Did you see his goal against Sunderland?

To be fair fifa 10 is a lot better playing online against friends than it is playing it offline, but your right about it being as buggy as hell.

I agree about FIFA 10. It is unbelievably overrated. Some review sights must be getting paid. Seriously.

Anyway, you are that guy that said PES2010 would have these INCREDIBLE animations that would put FIFA to shame. How did that turn out? You spoke to soon and you said you played the final game....

Animations never were that important to me anyway. PES has had weird running animations for a while now. Its not what PES is about....

^Yeah pes' animations are not good enough, but after a while you won't notice them, thanks to the great gameplay.

Yes but on the game Van der sar is way too good and Rooney is way too fast. Fact. :) I am not saying he is not fast, but surly not like that. Now that doesn't mean he's not good enough. I really like his style of play.

Guys, just wondering... the pre game line up on the pitch, where the camera shows the players, why do they show only the home team? i wish like the old WE/PES games, they would show the faces of both teams (and also the older team photo cut scenes before the game starts)...

Also can we see the bench and generic coaches like last year? anything new in that area..?
