i would also prefer to get the better rated team stats first
some suggestions on the lower rated teams like kaiserslautern, we really have to take a look if they fit with konami stats of lower rated serie a teams or lower rated la liga teams.
i tried to compare market values from germany and italy

maybe we could use this to get them a little balanced. its really great that we start to combine FM Stats with PSD and try to find the balance but we have to take care to get them adjusted to the other teams ingame. maybe market value is not the whole truth in the end but maybe its a frame to keep them in place.
i won't suggest high 80 numbers in defence for a kaiserslautern centerback like rodnei.
i would rate the defence stat for the FCK CBs like this

Good suggestions Chili its important to make sure that lower level teams are not overpowered. I agree with the suggestions you've made for kaiserslautern...
