His name is Ruy Ramos an old Brasilian/Japanese player who was a pioneer for J-League when it begun in the beginning of 1990th centuary. He played for Verdy kawasaki and the Japanese NT.

What I mean was that on that picture he is old and the beard are beginning to be grey in his prime he had more black beard as you can see.

If you wanna do him I think you can use Granero hair for him
