unfortunatelly my net connection isn't completely fixed yet, but now it is lagging in a funny way. I connect the modem, it works for 5/6 minutes and then goes offline. and, if I disconnect it from the power, wait a few hours and connect it again it works for another 5 minutes. quite annoying, as you can imagine.

but lets go what took me here. the scan is done since yesterday, and I've done all I could to enhance its quality. it is quite bad, but I can't do any miracles with this one :D

Just a thought. I found a bigger picture for The Tsar don't know if it was this you used for the scan. Could maybe be easier for you to do better quality. I don't know;

I've used the picture you posted early on, unfortunatelly it is a bit too small and if enlarged it becomes really low res. nothing I can solve, my friend :(
