ive already contacted them and am waiting for them to get back when i can exspect my items , but let me know what they tell you about it mate please.

I've spoken to them twice and apparently my case is opened and they intend to send new vouchers by email to all affected.

They didn't really give a date as of when this will be but from what the guy from Sony was telling me, it wasn't something that would happen instantly.

the only chance i have of continueing to play myclub is if my inbox contains my toty spin and unless its ronaldo costa or messi then im still notplaying it.

Please note The first time loading myClub game mode you will be required to complete a tutorial; after the tutorial is complete, the Bonus items will appear in the inbox located in the bottom right corner of the “Club House” menu page for myClub.

If you click on the message icon in the attachment you will be taken to voucher redemption page with your voucher code pre-populated
(so no need to type it in). All you need to do is click Confirm as prompted.

We are still working with the publisher to resolve any further issues with this content. I'd be grateful if you could confirm if this is resolved or are still experiencing an issue?

I got the exact same response by email only it was from a Fraser, not a Gemma, it's proving to be a nightmare!

i got this exact email and then gave them a ring and the women was very helpful, she assured me to sit tight and wait to be contacted directly from sony via email when i can expect to receive my bonus items. so now ive been waiting about 5 days and am losing patience again very fast.

I just rang Sony Customer Support and he was extremely nice and helpful but unfortunately the problem still isn't resolved. Here's a summary of what he said:

- It's Konami's issue, not Sony's, so there isn't a great deal Sony can do
- He's going to try and resolve the issue as best as he can and told me to ring back next Friday with my reference number
- Konami telling us to ring Sony is essentially them trying to pass the buck
- If Konami have identified it as an issue then they should resolve it eventually
- He said to try and re-install the game on my hard-drive, enter the code again, and see if that helps

I'm going to e-mail Konami again with this latest update and see what they say, and I'll also install the game on my hard drive (I've just realised that I didn't do that in the first place!) and see if that makes a difference.

EDIT: I tried installing the game on my HD and re-entering the code but I still didn't get my bonus items, surprise surprise.

Hopefully they are starting to resolve this!

I haven't received mine yet on PS3, out of interest with the toty player, does it spin on all black balls, or gold with the occasional black like when signing a top player?

I'm just worried as I can remember spending 10k on a top player and getting aguero, but it was full of gold balls, with 3 black or so.

I just don't want to miss out!

Nice one. I've called them twice already. Last communication was for me to expect an email from them.

It's getting harder to beat these guys with top stars!!

So far my black ball players have mostly been shite apart from two - Vidic and J. Martinez. Others have been mediocre like Soldado, Renato Augusto and Gignac
