they need us as bosses, then it would go forward in the right direction.

by the way if anyone is bored, now you have the chance watching Austria being Austria the most austrian way it could be ;) :p

0-1 against Georgia at home at the moment.

Then, with your permission, I would like to take the data out of the files here and manually enter them into PC version for my own use.

For me it's ok too :)

yes i think we need more fakes teams for edit, konami dont learn more :no:

I'm really disappointing, I will get the game because I have PES 17 filled with national teams and I have no more kit slots, so I need PES 18 for the clubs. To be able to do my projects, I think I will have to discard Serie B and Segunda Division.

Btw, good luck for Argentina today ;)

Do you know why we only have 5 fake teams on Europe? Because they added licensed teams over the fake teams we had last year.

In PES 17 Others Europe section we had 9 licensed teams + 21 fakes, which equals a total of 30 teams.

Now, in PES 18, I see we have 25 licensed teams + 5 fakes, which is still 30 teams. Why? I don't know. Maybe they are too lazy to change the EL and CL format in Master League? Or maybe they can't add more teams due to the lack of ID's (I doubt it)?

I was still hoping for a good surprise: A north american league? A PEU League 2? Some African teams? But no. I see that team list and I see that Konami is taking away our money and the creating possibilities that made PES what it is today.

You know what? Probably I will be dumb enough and buy PES 18 (for reasons I already stated), but if Konami keeps with their current methodology it will be the last one for a while. Maybe I'll get PES 13 for PS3, I know it is great (I played PES 11 and it was really nice, I think it was the best I've ever played) or some PES for PC, which has more editing possibilities even though I prefer to play football games on PS4.

Konami could be making lots of money if they give people what they want - just some simple fake teams, which doesn't cost money to them btw, so there's no reason to don't add them - but they don't, so Konami is either dumb or lazy.

In my opinion, PES developers need to delete all the code and start over. We need something new and fresh. If they can't understand that, maybe another company should put hands on PES and Konami could get back to their Metal Gear Solid and Yu-Gi-Oh cards (I already played Yu-Gi-Oh, but it's another thing that is getting ruined by Konami recently, it's not just PES).

i think about watching Argentina vs Venezuela, but in my timezone kickoff is 01:30 :shocking: :D

I liked Uruguay very much some years ago with Diego Forlan and some other players, World Cup 2010. Paraguay was also a excellent tactical team years ago.

Forget about Austria.... 1-1 draw at home against Georgia. And Georgia was not even good. fml. The only good thing is that chances are high we finally get a new coach.

For me it's ok too :)

yes i know, but for me i don't need those licensed teams. They spend much money on things which aren't really important but they think they get people to buy their games with licenses? If it is important for a player if there are many teams licensed in the game then he does not care if there is Valencia or Leipzig licensed, in that case PES will never ever compete with FIFA.

How many leagues does FIFA 18 have? 35? 40?

It should be the target for Konami to say: Okay, FIFA has 40 leagues licensed. We have 5 leagues licensed. But we have a strong community and with PES you can have 50 or 60 leagues, and in contrast to FIFA - in PES you can choose your leagues yourself, it is like a catalogue when you watch the communities, Pes Patch, Pes Universe, Pesgaming, Pesgalaxy....

In FIFA you have what you have. For me as an Austrian, we have for example, Fake Goalkeeper kits, if you are Hungarian, you don't have your league, in PES you can have all original and chances are high you don't even have to do something yourself because most of the important leagues are made by the community and you only have to import.

FIFA has England down to 4th league licensed, PES should say, who cares, we make down to 8th league, and that will be the ultimate challenge in ML.

I don't know where the limits really would be, but i think the ID system must fall. It would be great to create Leagues and whole league systems yourself, for example you say First League 18 teams, second league 18 teams, 2 teams get relegated every season and so on. But without fix IDs, it should be possible for the players to import other peoples created leagues without having data crash or limits.

Like FIFA Creation Centre was. They gave you the capacity for 20 leagues, you could set the league mode with amount of teams, the teams and the players. And like in a catalogue you could add everything in the game.

Something like that must be possible in PES also but with higher limits, that is the only direction possible to survive.

Like i say.... i should be boss at Konami. Would even save money by give up on absolutely useless licenses like Bunyodkor or RB Brazil, nearly the half of other europe is useless - better don't have it and the community has the chance to add the whole leagues.

50 or 60 leagues... 8th English division... Yes I'm still waiting for a game like that. Maybe in PES 2040 or 2050 we'll have that  (I'm just kidding, if Konami keeps doing this kind of stuff the series won't even reach PES 2030).

Bunyodkor isn't completely useless, I like to have AFC Champions league teams. However, RB Brazil is completely useless, it's weak, it doesn't enter in Brasileirão, Libertadores or Sudamericana and it doesn't have many fans. Just another horrible move from Konami. Probably they though that RB Brasil would be one more case of success like RB Leipzig, but it's not. Only use I can think for it is if you create RB Salzburg and RB New York, and join them with RB Leipzig and RB Brasil you can make a mini tournament for Red Bull Teams.

Mini tournament for Red Bull teams makes me throw up. They all together have 20 fans. I hate these teams. :D

I just can say my team Sturm Graz was kicking RB Salzburg in the ass last week, we have now 6 games 6 wins so far in the league, would be nice because Salzburg was champion 4 times in a row (and even won the cup 4 times in a row). Would be time that someone stops this.

But b2t, they just have to see what is important for PES. Maybe like i said, a platform like EA's Creation Centre was, just not with an own edit mode but instead of that with the PES ingame edit mode, where you can share leagues, teams and players, even cross-platform, so it would be possible to have original faces, correct number fonts, stadiums etc on PS4, and no data crash because for everything edited a unique ID is created.

I don't know if you know what that Creation Centre was, it would have been great but because of FIFA's editing limits it was not what it could have been, PES has more potential in editing so that is one thing i really would do already for PES 2019 as soon as i am the boss at Konami.

Would be enough when the game releases when they only have those leagues they have by now, and the possibility to add and create more.

I don't like that teams very much either. The only bright side of that teams is that they are revealing talented young players. However, it's boring to see teams with no history and with the name of a energy drink brand winning the league year after year. This is what money does to football.

I still didn't give up of my PES 18 plans. Serie B and 2nd Spanish League are still unlicensed so I can overwrite them and still create a lot of teams and an european league (like I did on PES 17, but this time, it will have a 2nd division). I just hope updates don't screw up everything, but I guess that even if that happens I'll have the bin files to put everything back.

Good luck for Sturm Graz, I really hope it wins austrian league this year. I might even put it in my PES, since I'll have 22 more team slots after I kick 2nd spanish league out of my game.

6.Luxembourg
7.Andorra
8.Cape Verde

they bring young talents but to be honest - that is not hard when you have unlimited money. They have a great network and scouts, and one of the best academies in europe, but nothing of that they could have reached when they would have financial limits.

I just can speak for Austria, for Salzburg. I know in Germany Leipzig has many fans and the people in the region waited a long time to have a team up in German Bundesliga, but Salzburg really has nearly no fans, also they played 10 times in CL qualifiers since Red Bull took over and they did not manage it into the group stage. They really got smashed out all 10 times. Twice against Malmö, once even against Dudelange, that year against Rijeka.

Austria did only have 1 team in champions league since 2008, that was Austria Wien in 2013 when they became champion, they only needed one try and managed it in, but got destroyed in a group with Atletico, Porto and Zenit.

i really hope we win the league this season, the last time was 2011, and in the years after we had really hard times.

For PES 2018, as i said - it is disappointing but i think it is possible to realize our projects.

I will wait for the first OF with German Bundesliga to finish my stuff because i don't want to do this league myself, when someone made it over PEU League i import it and then i see what teams are left for my project with Austrian Bundesliga.

For that project - i finished Falkland Islands, and i work on Vatican at the moment, it is the hardest team i made so far because finding exact data like positions etc is really, really hard.

thanks man. We soon finished it.

Like i said i upload 3 teams that week, think on weekend because Vatican takes a little longer. Daris also made 2 teams.

Next week i upload all the ingame teams, some more updates and the rest of NON-FIFA teams then we are finished.

I will also create another Spreadsheet for possible tournaments with the national teams where i add all competitions for national teams which are possible to recreate in PES.

With all those teams, you can recreate any tournament you want. Caribbean Cup, COSAFA Cup, AFC Solidarity Cup or even create your own tournaments

Or you can try to create the World Cup Qualifiers with all the teams, and pick a bunch of them to play with :w00t Try to reach the World Cup finals with San Marino

yeah and for all those tournaments i create an overview how to recreate them - which teams, which settings and so on.

The greater tournaments can anyway be recreated but for smaller tournaments Konami Cup can be used, like COSAFA Cup, AFF Suzuki Cup, but i also think of really small tournaments which also include NON-FIFA teams like Muratti Vase, CONIFA World Cup, Coup de l'Outre Mer, Natwest Island Games and so on.

Would like to have an overview of all possible tournaments with tournament mode, participants etc so i create that when all the teams are finished.

Some kit creators are angry with these changes to kit format. I guess OF will come later this year

I think Angeltorero is converting his kits for the new format, but they aren't available yet.

I already started doing kits in the new format for my Ledman Liga Pro project.

And you always have PESMaster kit creator, which has already been updated with PES 18 format.

Dont want to make them by myself. I have really no talent for that. I wait for angeltorero he has always high class kits. Or have we a converter to change the format?

The new format is not really different understand that they where angry for that change so many work.

yes me too, i am angry with Konami, is a start to createnew templates for pes18, i think i buy later pes18 if i buy it, when all leagues are full licensed with kits and team exports ready, maybe january :p

i fear that also Nemanja has gone, i wrote him over a month ago and he never replied, i must look if he made any kits already for PES 2018.

I must really say - with PESMaster Kit Creator it is really easy to do kits, nearly everything is possible. But still when i look at kits from ggdaris with the beautiful textures, good skills beat that tool at every time.

And for my austrian teams the Kit Creator makes only little work because those kits are 90% sponsor logos and only 10% football jersey :D
