Brother! For 1000%. I was ANT Patches creator for FIFA games. My patch for FIFA 15:

PES games are the future for ANT Patches... since EA has changed FIFA 17,18,19's data structures.
I think we, Mars and I will take care of the PC version if Mars agree. For me stadiums addition is no problem. All UEFA's 55 teams for now have therir own home stadiums
Credits or support are not so important. We just like national teams's football very very much

I will add for about next hour list of complete NT's ID, Basic Game + PEU, which I must prepared for Stadium Server.
We must have order here. Plaese, each team next Mars which you will convert to PC from CAF, OCEANIA, AFC on the first page write in the ID number which this team will have for example - Kenya will replace some division in English Sedcond Division, please write team ID each time. I will need it for stadium server. Basic NT in game + PEU' UEFA I checked today for half a day... and this list I will publish next hour...

For basic NT in game + PEU (Rest of UEFA) I made the list . For the future it will be better for my work in adding stadiums for NT when you will add each new national team and write on FIRST PAGE OF THREAD it ID number. The number is the same for original team and for the new national team which replace original team. Example if Kenya replace some team in english second divison, maybe Leeds United I do not know if it will be Leeds, but about the rule, it will be the same number, for Kenya or in original in game Leeds United . I really do need those ID numbers in the future for Somalia, Afghanistan, Nepal and so on hehehhehe . This Project of ANT with Stadiums for NT for PC, It will be great Brother .
In the future you can ON FIRST PAGE ADD ID NUMBER AND WHICH TEAM THIS NEW NATIONAL TEAM REPLACED. Example:
Armenia (PEU League) PREVIEW ID 2293 (Replaced Almchendolf)

Another example: we do not have original OAKA Athens Olympic Stadium, so Greece will play at Berlin Olympiastadion which is the most similar to the OAKA Olympic Stadium in Athens. Croatia will play at original Poljud Stadium in Split, Serbia will play at original Belgrade Marakana Stadium (Crvena Zvezda Stadium)... and so on...

If you do not automatically add kits by import team, do it manually. This was the case for Bulgaria, Denmark, Serbia, Switzerland, Greece and Paraguay, Uruguay so far. 7 teams.
Here's the solution:
1. Edit Menu-> Import Images-> Strip (L) -> Import selected images-> Select "Country" g1 "Country" p1 "Country" p2-> Add them
2. Edit menu-> Go to "Country" -> Strip-> Goalkeeper 1, Outfield 1, Outfield 2-> Each choose paste image-> Each choose Strip L-> Add kit
That's how I fixed all 7 teams when PES automatically failed to import kits.
I hope this soultion will help you dear Friends.

I'm jealous right now! I wish I had a gaming PC, those look amazing. Sad we can't use those stadiums on PS4.
Just out of curiosity, how easy is it to edit the PC version like that?

I am very experienced in creating mods for FIFA 13-16. Here is my beginning in the PES series. So it is so average. It is not easy because I am learning. But if you are a football fanatic of national teams, it comes with pleasure .
I wanted to propose my stadiumserver for national teams to Ggdaris in the future. If anyone can convert them for you on PS4 then no problem. I once had PS2 and PES games: 1-6. Years ago there were no hard disks for consoles. Now that you have hard drives for PS4, maybe someone who like this stadiumserver could convert it for PS4. I do not know, I think loudly. In any case, willing to share everything I will create, just like this initial stadiumserver. So far only 55 national teams. There will be around 200 national teams and they need home stadiums .
