I'm not sure If I'll be able to contact the new owner of the PS4. I googled now and it says that you can only deactivate thru the PS4 system. I'll let you know as soon , if I'm able to do that.

hi m8 yes i can log in but thats it either you didn't de-activate your ps4 before you sold it cos it's saying reason i can't download because 'you already own this item' so you needed to de-activate your console so it would be new to get for me , don't know if there's a way around it cos i'm sure you can have it on 2 systems like the ps3?
