If possible, please create newly promoted Italian clubs, Spanish clubs, Dutch clubs and French clubs. If the relegated teams cannot be replaced (e.g. due to license issues), please add those newly promoted teams to Other League B... I hope this option file will be as realistic and up-to-date...
