Anyone else totally hacked off that konami have added a massive great big ad banner to in game play, it's absolutely rediculous and un-called for and has pretty much put me off buying anymore pes releases. Seems to have appeared since the march update.

i don't know man, i've only played around 15 matches online and every time i pick an average team (bourduex/serbia/etc) the other guy will pick an even team to match, besides, every win against barca is a huge scalp, i love it

basically everyone starts with the classic pes team players, you can buy any player you want once you've earned the funds. it's not the same as the offline mode, it's been simplified. i've only played around 4 games but like it so far. 2 guys i played last night had already played over 150...

i see where you're coming from, theres no easy answer to winning, it's all in the practice and figuring the best ways to score. i've played about a dozen games online and not met barca or inter once yet, got beaten by sweden in one match tho.

im keeping gamespeed at 0, the same as it'll be default online i guess?? ive said it before and i'll say it again... actually i won't. but camera view has to be medium close for realism. i thought you could change the game display settings in the game menu, and switch the stamina bar on.

Broadcast, can't get my head around the 30 degree angle on that view, its just normal medium shows off the player animation and little skills perfectly, even tho it'll mean using the radar more. wide view is easiest to play i find, but then graphics look pretty poor.

slighly off topic but i find if you run one of your own players onto your goal line when the AI has a free kick they rarely shot and try to chip the ball into the box instead, which you can just nod away

if he's not been mentioned already, reo coker is awesome, he can steal the ball off of any player easy and his long range shots nearly always end up in the back of the net

ha ha, like that a lot yeh i know what you mean though about when the ball hits the net its not quite as satisfying as it could be... i mean its the big part of the game scoring goals so you want them to look amazing and the nets are rubbish, the ball just seems to nesstle in the back when...

to be honest only about half of the people i've played resort to scoring those goals. i read some tips on another thread which were useful for defending against them. seems that everyone with a ranking of 650+ will attempt that goal time after time so play people lower ranked...

yes mate, yes! voice chat only works in the friendly matches for me, not in ranking mode...

i had the same problem with pre-owned pes, only one person can register/logon to the network mode per disk. took mine back the next day seeing as it cost me £30 for whats basically half a game
