That video was taken before they decided to implement the 360 movement. It has been confirmed, on the official PES site, that 360 degree control is included in pes 2010. I just hope pes 2010 reverts back to its roots and focuses on a football simulation game rather than an arcade game.

Well I downloaded the demo of fifa 09 aswell to see how different that was. I found 09 to be sluggish and quite unresponsive. Fifa 10 allows passing to be more fluent, whereas in 09 the passing is rushed and doesn't feel fluid. Well thats my opinion anyway.
