It can be done with PES 6 Editor. You open an "empty" OF and then The Dude's OF as OF2. You go to the import feature of the editor and import everything except the game progress.

Just to comment on the salary issue, I just abandonned the idea to create Bundesliga and instead created the J2 League (+ 3 J1 League teams) because saleries of Japanese and Korean players from Other League C teams are always 350 points, which is low but still better to have the infamous 5000...
