The most recent December patch (16th I believe) was to include 4 new stadiums. I haven't played PES15 over Christmas so as I logged in this morning I wa greeted with update info, new boots, ball types etc, but no new stadiums. Is there something specific we have to do to unlock them or have they just not been included?

They are south american stadiums if you play with a south american team the stadiums are available to use, you cant use them with European teams.
