I hate playing Rush though. Most of the time, the M-COMM stations are easily destroyed by planting lots of C4 or, by destroying the buildings.

I prefer Squad Deathmatch and Conquest.

I only really play Rush on Port Valdez (favourite map). There are some other good maps but the maps are so big you dont get bored easily. Ive probably racked up more time on this than i have on MW2.

can someone please help me!! online doesnt work, i open rush, search game, joining game, and then it freezes at a point, xbox tells me cd is scratched. clean with a soft cloth and restart console.. :(. i keep on trying but it doesnt work. offline works perfectly though.

Oh man, Rush is a pathetic game if you don't work as a team. I had a team full of fucking snipers, and we were basically getting spawn humped. We did well at the start of the level though and I got some pretty good unique awards so I didn't want to quit the game. Just had to sit there and try to stay alive :faceplm:

Loving this game everytime I play it, it really is excellent.

There's one map at Rush where it seemed impossible to advance. If you're playing as a defender, you'd be put on an island and the attacker would have to travel through the waters/river.

That map is probably my favourite map on Rush when playing as a defender. Use the medic kit, and throw in a medpack & revive teammates --> lots of points!

I unlocked everything within the Assault kit, so i'm playing as an engineer now. It's quite fun blowing shit up, but sometimes the rocket doesn't hurt the tank, which is weird since it's a direct hit. Do you think the game takes into account that the tank would be more heavily armoured on certain parts???

I was just in a game on Atacama Desert and I was at B, with two of them russian tanks, right next to each other, repairing both of them when they got damaged :lol: It was class man, playing as an engineer is brilliant man.

I think the back of the tank takes the most damage.

I've unlocked everything on Recon and Vehicle. I used to play almost exclusively as Recon, but I got bored of it. Now, I'm switching between the other 3 classes.

Does anyone play this anymore online? I've tried getting into a game but it always says that no games are available. It's probably down to my connection but I'm aware that this game has been out a while now and I believe there's also an add-on which most people with this game will be playing, so is it that there are so few games or is my internet at fault?

The game is good but the driving gets on my tits. It's rather easy too - like the first one - as the game seems to save every time you walk forward 10 yards. There are quite a few bugs and annoying AI moments but that's to be expected when you purchase an EA game these days.

Yeah I play it occasionally, it's well hard to get a Vietnam game. I was playing once and it was literally a 1-on-1 for the whole game.

I won :smug:

Sometimes I get a 1 on 1 or like 3 on 2 game on xbox live, but most times I get around 11 vs 12. This on the Vietnam expansion btw the normal mulitplayer definately still has lots of players still playing.

Oh that was just a one off, definitely not something worth analysing. I always get pretty full games 99% of the time.

I still do. I usually play on Thursdays and Fridays.

Yeah, I've tried since posting that and have had no problems getting into an online game. Unfortunately I am dreadful at this game. I actually tried taking on a tank with an assault rifle then I ran over one of my own team in a jeep. :faceplm:

Rush is pure fail man. I've never known a gamemode to fail so hard as Rush on this game.

If people don't work as a team, you will lose....hard.

If you had a few teammates I could imagine it being quite good, but fuck me, a team full of bush wookies is a team that is going to lose.
