Become a Legend problem with coach

First of all sorry for my bad english but i hope you understand be. Im playing BAL and im in second season. My position is LWF and im the best player with abilities in team. Im in PES League. I score in every game goals and usually im the man of the match, but the coach never get me in Starting Line up. Where is the problem ? My agent says that im not impressing coach in training. Can u help me please ?

I play cf and i know i must score more goals from the other cf to get the highest rating in order to secure my position as a basic. I suspect your job is to create as many assists as you can, as many chances for goal with crosses by the side and you must ALWAYS giving the ball to the same person that asks it. The couch says that "this player will continue our game" before the game starts also he says "you must return back and play defense and not lose the ball" so do as the coach saying is always giving you higher rating.
