Best option file????????

Hey all im trying to find an option file which is the most up to date with the 10/11 season. By this i mean it includes:

New kits
latest transfers up untill as close as to todays date
new promoted teams for all leagues

and if posible

all formations and squad line ups corrected (national and club)

a decent league to replace the last.
