I am on PS4, have not played BAL yet, been busy playing ML.

If R2 does not work, there should be another button that calls for the ball, otherwise BAL will be unplayable, and I think you r not the only gamer who has this issue.....maybe check HELP--Control tips, or Command list.

If you can not call for the ball, BAL mode will be wasted, I ll be very disappointed because of that, as I also like playing BAL.

I tried to play as goalkeeper, then I get the ball when I push X but that does nothing when I play as a outfield player. So either that button is just for goalkeeper or my team hate me...And maybe im blind but I cant find it anywhere ingame settings or anything.

[MENTION=15740]arsenal9[/MENTION]3 For the command list, pause the game during a match (preferably offline match) and select the option <command list>. There you should be able find all the controls for the game. In case you already knew, ignore this.

I found it, its R1 x 2. I know about the command list, have looked there many times but never found it. But clearly I was just blind since it does stand there...

Does that mean the sprint key (hold) and call for ball key (tap twice) is the same button? Boy that would take some time to get used to!

No, sprint is R2 and call for ball is R1x2. Controlled shot is the other that use R1

This is the control for the goal keeper right, it will be confusing if you play as a CF and R1x2 is call for the ball, I think R2x2 is just fine to be used as call for the ball button, why mess up with the controls? KONAMI

[MENTION=15740]arsenal9[/MENTION]3 Wait, is it possible you are playing on the PC and have switched the trigger and the bumper, that used to happen by default on my old controller ( a really cheap one). Also in your player data settings, what is your control scheme? Type 1/2/3?

No im on PS4 and use type 2.
[MENTION=183658]optimistic[/MENTION] no I play as a midfielder now so that is not for goalkeeper, for goalkeeper call for ball is X I think
