Camera options - Question

Just having seen the PES12 demo, I was dissapointed to see that the closer in sideline camera (a bit like FIFA's dynamic) is missing, forcing me to play the game far too far out.

Are the camera options in the demo the same as the full game, or does the retail version have more options, including the closer camera.

This may just be a deal breaker for me, as I've always played PES from the closest camera (sideline)

Well I am having the same problem. The default wide cam is too zoomed out for my liking and Blip will be ever more zoomed out! :(

Pitchside offers excellent view like in ISS2 but it is very difficult to evaluate precise shots and through passes using pitchside camera view :(

I play with Long ball camera with a -1 zoom out on PS3 version.

Tigers_Mad i asked Murphy on twitter which cam will be implemented in the final version and his reply was 'wide I believe' :(.

Now my only hope is that in the retail version we get the the option to adjust screen as well that way I can play with Long ball cam and a level zoom out. That ways it somewhat looks like PES10 cam. btw Long ball + 2 zoom out is PES11 cam :D.Ibelieve adjust screen option is not available on PC version Demo don't know about Xbox 360

So yeh if anyone has the PS3 retail version of PES2012(especially americans) please let me know if the game provides the option to adjust screen?like it did in the demo .thanks :)

Wide is the only viable option imo, how else are you gonna connect those lobbed through passes if you can't see exactly when the striker is moving past the defender?

I prefer to have the camera close so I can better judge dribbling and for most part I only play a short passing game.

I really wouldn't pay any attention to Jon Murphy anymore. I really think he is out of touch with what is actually going on. The only time he makes any sense is when Seabass is standing next to him. He rarely answers questions, especially any which are a little tricky and constantly sends out mixed messages. IMO he is a senior PES official in name only, seems to me Konami Japan keep him in the dark. PES is going to be a very good game of football and that will be the case no matter what Murphy says!

So do I, but I create a lot of clear cut chances from lofted through passes and deep crosses from wing to wing, as an extra spice to the short passing. Once you get used to it, you don't need close up view to dribble.

I only play with wide view. I love seeing the whole field, my player movement and the stadium atmosphere makes the game on the screen very realistic compared to close up views. Like others have mentioned, its a must for long passes, crossses and wing play.
