can you edit the option files after downloading them?

say if i wanted to edit somebodys face from that file that I got, could I edit that? and can i edit the kits from an option file?

you can edit whatever you want problem is if you download another option file or the update to an option file you will lose all of your work.

for instance if you download my first option file and then start to edit it, you will lose all your work if you download my updated file that i hope to release tonite
