I'm having a problem...

Since I started my career, my first club just wouldn't select me. I thought that's okay for my first club, even though I'm standing first in my position according to the trainer.
After that I changed from club twice, and they won't select me either...
In training matches I score everytime, sometimes twice and give some assists, I'm always man of the match but still they won't select me for a normal league game, what's the problem?

(Sometimes I'm on the bench but I'm never getting on the field.)

does your team use that position on their starting 11?

I played Second Striker (If that's how they pronounce it in the english version..)
Now I made a new one, a left winger. My team plays with a left winger, but still I get little time to play.

I have a similar problem in Season 2. In Schalke

I get to start matches and is number 1 choose for my posetion but ALWAYS around 60-70minutes of the match I get subbed out, even how good or bad i play and even if the player is tired or not.

You need to pass ALOT and shoot on opponents goal to keep you in game,otherwise they put someohne else on your spot. I'm in to my third season and i play 97 % of matches,only ones i don't play is when i'm injured.

So yeah,play better and they'll keep you ingame.

I play AMF and is the team top scorer and the leagues most Assists and Even if I get 8.0 I get subbed out. And is the playmaker of the team so I acctually dont understand what to do that much better... Maybe its that im only 18 years?

You get subbed cuz your stamina gets finish so you have to be more strong or control your stamina during the match.
If you don't get chance try to not changing your team every season for first years till you get better player. Get the team with more couch point. And with weaker player in your position. You have to get better rate to player more comparing your rival in team. Play all the match with 10 min time to get more chance for showing yourself
