Hello again everyone. I open the booklet included in the pes2009 dvd (for ps3) and I read that to make a control shoot you shoot and when the bar goes to the desireable level you push R2 to perform a control shoot. This is not true I believe because the player makes a strange movement when you push the R2 button (something like faint but not faint..) and then he shoots. In earlier versions of PES (2008 etc) you first had to push R2 and then shoot and then the player (If the ratings where good) was performing a magical shoot wich now is not happening.. Does anyone have an idea about that?

Wait the controlled shot is awesome in Pes 09. It works really well. Just press R2 right after you press the shot button and give in direction.

Precise finished is thankfully not as perfect as it is on FIFA... my god that was appaling...

when you dribling near the GK just apply R2 together with shoot and you will find out the shoot nearly 100% goal

. . but sometimes depends on the way your player is facing..

what it happens to me lot of times is(when i want a controlled shot)to avoid press R2 when im facing 45 fates down,dashing left to right,because my player will not perform a controlled curlfull right shot with his inside of the boot,but a strong and straight shot...
i dont know if i am understandable.. (my english s****,sorry :p )

after pressing R2 then push to which direction u gonna shoot

^Yeah. It works all the time for me too. But you have to tap the shoot button and then press r2 and direction.
