Customising my ML, help please

Hi Guys,
I've done a bit of editing & swapped some Spanish Clubs & swapped PES United & WE United for English CocaCola Championship Clubs as I wanted my ML to have a CocaCola Championship Division 2 & full Premership in Division 1! Sounds fair enough & I'm probably not the only one who would like this, but for some reason when I start a ML the game randomises all the teams that appears in the four leagues (well it always did that), so I figured, sound, I'll use the swap feature to customise my ML! But this is the problem I (we) have, the game only lets you swap teams from the other four ML leagues that were randomly generated & you cannot put any team you like that's in the game into the ML leagues! So basically there's no way you can guarantee that all the EPL teams & CCC teams will appear in the four ML leagues. I've tried a few times & so far I'm always missing a team or two. Anybody know a way round this? Is there something I'm missing? I can be a right dumbass sometimes! If there's no way round it hopefully Konami will release a patch to sort, but I doubt it

You can put any team into your ML except for League B teams. Instead of clicking Square (or whatever button for whatever format) for 'Replacements' press X and you can replace them with any team

im just like u in that i cant really play master league until i know its only championship sides getting promoted and not foreign teams etc
