Those Milan players all have better first touch , technique and close control as Iniesta should, I serously hope KONAMI fixes this.

Yep! Rolled one accross the floor from about 35 yards and it went in, curled in! shit keepers!

There's always some really strange cosmetic things about PES that just make no sense at all, like for example the dreaded ploughed style pitch from PES 3-6 which was impossible to play on because you couldn't see anything. These days the issues are really really dark shadows where the whole pitch is a strange dark blue/green.
But obviously I'm not as bothered about the cosmetics as I am the gameplay, which looks like it's getting back to the ps2 roots, however I am a little alarmed about what people are saying about the keepers. Looking forward to trying out this demo, but I'm not holding out for it to change my life. I was initially impressed with 2011, but barely played it after a couple of weeks with it, it just didn't have the addiction factor that they used to.

AC Milan on top player are fucking awsome there so clinical!! And whats with Robinho?? Yes i know hes a talented player IRL and defendings taking some getting used to but hes untouchable he runs circles round me :0

That's how it is on Fifa. Seems like Seabass wants PES to become Fifa-lite.
I've noticed that the menu appearance has hardly changed at all from PES 2012. This is very Fifa-like, where the menus haven't changed for about 5 years! It's just lazy.

WOW Who really gives a shit what the menu looks like!! Surely thats the least important thing when u want to play a football game! The menus are easy to use so if they aint broken why fix them:kanyeshrug:

One complaint I have (pes11) that I never see shared is how hard it is to see a team in white jerseys playing afternoon games. I love playing under the sun but I am sure to change the kits to dark before I start.

I wish they brought the old skool style formation menus back.They have been getting poorer each year and more awkward.

I'm not saying it's the most important thing, chill out. I'm saying that it's lazy to not change the appearance of the game. Variety is the spice of life.

I agree, the old formation menus were so good, why change them??? Also I want the arrow system back! and I know that wont happen :-(

I made a vid to show 2 frustrating things from the demo, I left out obvious things like goalkeepers and shooting because most agree on that, but on this some people don't see a problem, so this vid obviously shows what can't be denied.

PES 12 = Fifa game + ball dynamics
The game is smooth but not ice skatey like FIFA which is a good thing. it is somewhere in between.
CONS:
game speed is too fast. Online play better be set at -1 speed. 0 is way too fast
Ground passing is not natural and slow
of couse keepers are mediocre
Dribling is ridiculous. even defenders play like Messi
Corner kicks are a little too floaty sometimes
Everything else is great. Game play and runs are GREAT. It could end up being a good game if they fix the above issues

1. Yesterday I actually had De Gea fail to make a save on a shot that grazed his the top of his head (actually deflected off top of his head and hit the underside of the crossbar and went in net)...wasn't even a hard shot and it was from the edge of the area. Was completely ridiculous.
2. I hate how you can't compare players quickly by scrolling through the players on the bench in the Game Plan screen. You have to select guy on pitch, then select guy on the bench, then select which category to look at. If you wanted to compare a different guy you have to exit the screens and select another guy and select the skill category....

I'm surprised nobody has really touched on the player movement whilst receiving passes. It's the main gamebreaker for me. It's even worse than last year. They do that same thing where instead of instantly collecting a through pass when YOU want to, they'll sort of jog along side the ball. Other times they'll just stand and watch while the opponent nips in and takes the ball. Unless I'm missing something in particular though?

cool that makes me feel better.... Did he mention other things they will work on like the shooting and tackling?
No but i bet we will se more of the real game in next demo unfortunately i still havent played demo yet. Xobox delayed my ass and when i DL pc version it stops after 30% so i gave up eventhough i managed to find my PS gamepad with usb stick adapter.
