Its possible and even would make sense (we all know it takes long time for every DLC to be released, weeks of approval and so on) so if they decided to make it DLC 3 with Euro 2016 in one - probably April would be the date. But I wouldnt rush, I`ll rather wait for more information, since this isint quite official. Yet.

Jep I've learnt from my mistake to give PES a chance again. Next year FIFA for me, what an utter bullshit. How hard can it be to update a game?

I thought the update was in early-mid March?

I think normally it would, if Konami released only casual DLC material + updated transfers, but if they consider adding Euro 2016 (15 licensed NT teams, Stade de France and new menus with Euro 16 theme), then April would be the date.

So update the game end of Feb / beginning of March as normal? The Euro DLC is different and should be separate!

I wont have PES by the end of the season Im already not playing it because of the lack of real transfers and up to date boots, lol!

The only info can be found in japanese language on they`r official site + there are some pictures and some info in spanish language from the link above. Nothing more from Bhatti or PES official twitter/facebook/site.

The word "normal" in Konami terms, because that was the date when they would release new DLC, with updated transfers. By no means it is normal in common sense. As example FIFA... People who like that game, have all the newest/updated squads for some time. Konami said they will change the way offline squad updates are being applyed/prepared to download. Why it is so slow up to this day - its a mystery. Progress only in future.

Euro DLC should be different thing, but at the same time, probably it wont be anything even similar to what FIFA had to offer with they`r Euro DLC which cost money. This time Konami is giving it for free and there are very strong chances it wont have all the teams licensed, only one or two stadiums and various graphic menus/cut scenes extras. So I doubt it will be something more than a regular DLC, which also adds one new stadiums/more faces/boots. So I wouldnt be surprised if they put all this into one, bigger, DLC, as suggested.

@Adam_Bhatti is it true that the transfer update will come in April?

@KoenStapelbroek not at all. However, I cannot comment further on the information that came from Japan, yet. Please wait for news soon

So, at least transfer update should come as normal, that is next month. :erm:

Its only free because they fucked up on the summer transfers and lost a lot of customers so are rewarded the ones who stuck by them, and rightly so!! Especially with the amount of extra cash they will be pumping out of their customers in myClub!! (Which I don't play as I hate Ultimate Team also).

I'm expected all Euro 2016 stadiums, just like EA Sports managed to do!!

15 teams licensed out of 24 does seem pathetic for an 'official' tournament game. Looking at it glass half full though, does this mean that we will get some kit slots back to use on other teams?

If Konami don't implement a 'normal' update until end of April though, that is truly pathetic. To be honest, I would rather they don't do any updates. I can update transfers anyway (although it is a pain admittedly) and don't care about boots and all that nonsense. All the updates do otherwise is just screw up the editing you've done over the last few months! It's easier if they don't bother!

So this information is confirmed, as it seems. Not all of the NT`s are licensed and there will be only one stadium: Stade de France.

Im not surprised, because I did expect something like this.

Edit: I see it gets a lot of critisism already. Well, it couldnt be otherwise, given the amount of licenses. The only thing that kind of keeps it together is probably the fact that its free. Another interesting thing is that they will sell stand-alone version in April, both digital and physical, with Euro 2016 cover. It will be exactly the same - full PES 16 game, with 15 licensed teams and one stadium + all the Euro cut scenes/menus.

On the bright side, this should mean a lot more pre-set faces for the Bundesliga...if you created one...or at least I would think, and hope.

Yeah, most of these teams before Dlc have all fake players, thankfully their now licensed.
Much more preset faces.

But of course they should do much more, like qualifiers mode even with fake players or a inspired mode in 'Captain your country' from EA

All 24 qualified teams from the actual tournament and all 12 stadiums should be an absolute minimum!!
