Does square button still work?

Hi there

I remember in previous PES BAL, you can use square button to make your teammate apply pressure and close down opponent and its helpful when defending, but in PES 2015 when press square nothing seems to happen.
Is sqaure button still useful in BAL? does anybody else notice this? How do you guys defend?

Well, no response.

I guess not many people play BAL any more or maybe they are very busy
playing, anyway I actually enjoy playing BAL, its pretty good,scoring feels
very satisfying. But the bad thing is there is not much you can do for defending, LOL.

I still hope someone will come and talk about this topic.

Do you not have to double tap it? I think you have to do it like this in "regular" modes?

I'm thinking, could it be because you're not captain? Maybe you have to be captain so that you can "command" teammates to close down, if you know what I mean?
