It is not coming out today. Konami will announce it in due course - don't expect it for two weeks despite the fact I personally expect it next week.

It depends which version you are after.
If last year is anything to go by then the PC/X360 will be weeks beforehand and the PS3 nearer the full game.

Also bear in mind that its not just Konami who decide, its whether the Microsoft and Sony decide to put it up on their respective marketplaces.

Well if no Demo was available at all, the suspense for when the game actually did come out would be unbearable and they would just buy it anyway, they tried that last year, when the demo was released after the game was available to buy. KONAMI will have probably compared sales figures when PES 2008 was released, then compared it to sales for PES6 and how the demo affected sales. If they feel it would be beneficial to release a demo 3 weeks before the game, then thats what they'll do, if not, they may not release one at all.

Im not expecting anything to be honest, i'm just hoping to be surprised next week, the 25th has been mooted as a possible date but theres nothing concrete from KONAMI. I can't wait, but i know its not long till the full game is released anyway, a demo won't make much difference to me.
