Help From all tactic genius needed!!!

HI guys!
below i make a screen with the tactic of one guy. He is a friend of mine, and almost everyday we play together.
He always play with Chelsea and with that tactic.
I play Arsenal!

The way he play is the kind of playing which i hate the most. Very fast long balls to the two wingers like in some kind of pinbal!
you now what i mean...

Usualy i like to play Arsenal like they play in real life and i have always a lot of problems with him

Maybe you have some advice guys ??

play 3-5-2 with a high back line and catch him offside by setting the offside trap thingy to always use it.

a 4-2-3-1 should be effective, but you need to play counter-attacking football

Back four, two deep dm's + one attacking with high passing/playmaking & three up top with two fast wingers. Big, strong CF helps.

Edit: set one of the dm's with an attacking arrow pointing back towards your own net. helps prevent over commiting on the counter-attack.

4-1-3-2 or 5-1-3-1 will do.

You have 3 options:
1. Play like Arsenal, and hope to score more than you concede
2. Play how you want, and just enjoy it
3. Create a formation just to beat this one guy

I'd advocate the first couple, but if you really, desperately want to beat him, change your SBs to CBs; usually negates the impact of flying wingers.

Oh, there's another...
4. Be Barca

now thats the formation i would use because:
youll have control on the wings and great centre so he cant beat you on counter attack. put these strikers like adebayor/ van persie/walcott/ bendtner because they are really fast forwards which in your case playing with arsenal !Gunner 4 life! , they have great counter attack and good on the wings
dont run with players though
the ps3/xbox wotever can be beaten by team work
quick 1-2s are the easiest way and also if your really looking to thrash him take the ball along the wing and before you reach the start of the penalty area start turning in towards the goal and then you can pass to someone in the box for a quick shot

one of the best defence in the world! (man gotta try this)
