help! xbox 360- the server is not available at this time.please try again later...

i bought pes 2010 yesterday mornings and since then i get the message saying the pes2010 server is not available at this time, please try again later. it happens as soon as i go onto the online option under community.
I would appreciate any help and suggestions. its on xbox 360 btw.

You sure the servers are still up? Considering there have been 2 releases since PES 10, I would assume the servers would be shut down.

Ive heard I can use my current hackintosh to make a boot USB and use that to install a retail version of lion on another computer but I cant find much information on this.
