How are you doing in Master League?

Most of the time when I play PES I tend to go for the shitty team and raise them up, as long as they have a nice decent kit. I have gone with the default team with Bayern Munich because I love the kit.

I am now on my second season finishing 4th in division 2 which I was happy about. Made a couple of good signings, and a couple of shitty ones, but that is the beauty of PES!

So how are you doing? Team, good players, excellent new players and signings please I'd like to know.. Thanks

My biggest concern so far is with PLAYER SWITCHING being unresponsive much too often.
AI will use this against me on counter attacks and my defenders will just huff and puff until the opposition striker is clear on goal. AI always hits me with through balls down the middle of my CB and SB very easily and I have no apparent control over it to avoid it. Irritating.
Apart from that ML is pretty much what I wanted it to be.
I can buy/sell and I can manage my club but I hate it when I lose silly points to PLAYER SWITCHING !

I'm halfway through my first season now. Took WE United with the default ML squad. Was able to lay of a few of the worst players on the team, Then brought up Palmieri (81 overall) Schwarz (69) and Shimizu (73) from the youth squad. Signed Sergio Busquets for about 1 mill and was able to get Sergio Canales on a loan transfer for about the same amount. I will be getting Kuyt, P. Ferreira, and Grygera in the winter transfer period aswell, paying about4 mill in total, all of my new signings was listed by their team, so was naturally easy to accuire.

I'm currently 12 in the league, 5 wins, 3 draws and 8 losses. I am able to get my offence on pretty well, and can easily maintain a 65+ possession average on each game, and still get my fair share of chances, Canales is a beast as my AMF, and can really pass the ball well around. However, I suffer from retarded defenders which leads to 3/4 of all my goals conceded! It's getting ridonkulous, and I'm realling looking forward to signing some new people at the back.

Player switching is a problem but one that can be avoided with time as you get used to it, when defending especially with poorer teams don't rush your players in to close the player with the ball down because they'll just pass it round you or hit a killer through ball which your default team won't be able to react quick enough to.

Being sensible while attacking will help stop you getting hit too hard on the break as well, don't bring too many players into the attack if your playing a better than average side, if you lose the ball with a CB or both your SB in attack it will leave you short at the back, counter attacker's dream.

The player switching sometimes doesn't give you enough players to switch though or won't let you control the player you want because he's so far away from play, even though the ball is heading in his direction and he's the best option you make a challenge for the ball. This is where you have to use the 2nd player press button, doesn't always work but can get you out of a scrap or two.

I'm liking the ML atm, but I'm not signing huge players right away, even though you can, I just don't find that realistic. I'm building a team around SHIMIZU, a young AMF I brought from the youth team. I'd rather play the game like that, instead of soon as I get promoted signing Messi and Ronaldo.

when come into tranfers period, com is always alert and know what player are valuable for them. i played marseille, player such brandao...value is 1 mil just got half price. maybe age factor. many of my player that got half price if their age old (25-30 above). but for young player...the value are same like sold price.

Well mygames off at the moment but from memory I can tell you about my exciting start, I took one of the fake teams from the div 2 league I then changed them to hornsey juniors (I live in hornsey lane), I then moved all the top european teams to pes league and the rest of them to div 2, I started in div 2 in the english premiership using wenb OF, I started off by signing a 5 mil scout and 5 mil coach I didn't really care for money for transfers I then signed.shimizu palmeri, shwarczh, schmidt, oscar, a goalkeeper from youth team I had 7 million to spend, I signed sereni on loan, first half of season I won 3 games drew 4 and lost more than I can remember I just couldn't get the team formation to how I wanted, I was bottom of league not a good look I lost once in pes 10 so drastic action was needed I transfer listed the whole master league original players apart from giersen in my opinion he was the best player from the originals, I needed signings and I needed them bad so the scouting began and here's who I bought, eden hazard, mouche, caablegard, mangini, kim yeoung gol, villabila, lukaku, and a couple of side backs, I then changed my formation to 3-1-4-2 my firstgame in the transfer window I lost 3-0 but then the magic happend - mouche and hazard these by far in any pes iv played are the best players iv ever had and iv had every pes since pes 2 hazard is by far is the most talented youngster to play with and teamed up with mouche. They're unstoppable iv got 9 games left and moved from bottom to 8th place I'm battling hard to get 3rd atleast boca, rangers and celtic are top 3 I beat celtic my last match 4-2 in what was my bestgame I ever had, 2-2 after 17 mins mouche and hazard 2-0 up then they score a freekick then shoot from far range which deflects off my defender mygoal kepper jus touches the ball but no it goes in, last 3 mins of extra time hazard pulls on the attack and smashes in a volley then a freekick mangini, steps up and delivers the blow to celtic thebattle for 3rd place ison!! I'll update my player names coz I know myspelling is wrong and I'll let u know the end of season results

I did, actually.

I have a ML with my favourite team (Club Brugge K.V.) as well, but since I wasn't used to PES 2011 at all, I started up one with Barca, just to get into the mood.

Will pick up the Club Brugge-ML again soon.

Although the laggy connections from some people do my head in. Most of the time it is OK, but sometimes ... ARGH !

Be sure to release all your ML standard players you don't use in your starting eleven.
You get their market value back to your money balance.

TIP2
You need to keep 16 players for your squad.
Buy some € 5000 signings, this makes you able to release more ML starting players and gets you more money balance.

Just finished season 1 with Brescia, won it but gonna move up a difficulty level now.

The signing of players is really annoying me, this is the first PES I've played a while and I miss the old system. Especially when players move to teams worse than yours.

Only managed to get Osvaldo (FW) and Moretti (LB), gonna try and keep it as Italian as possible. Hopefully a couple of Candreva, Mesto, Modesto, Cigarini, D'Agostino and Foggia will be in soon.

I started my first ML with Bolton (as is tradition) on the 2nd hardest difficulty (as is also tradition), but changed to the highest diffuculty as it was too easy at first. I had adjusted some of the stats of the players like Holden, Mark Davies and Muamba... who are all criminally underrated on PES. Especially Muamba, who is a good holding midfielder in real life, just doesnt have any "PES favourable" attributes eg passing, shooting etc.
Anyway, i've mainly signed players on loan. Canales (who it would seem is a popular option), Kroos, Jordan Hendersen, C. Erkin (Turkish bloke) and Sturridge all signed on loan. Iarmolenko is the only player i've signed on a permanent.
Is it only me who finds it difficult to sign defenders? It was like that on the last game too.

I have started a ML with Ajax, simply because they have nice strips haha. After winning the Champions League and Copa Libertadores before I started, I unlocked unlimited funds for my ML, which gives you £9BILLION! I have signed G.Dos Santos from Spurs and Arda Turan for the wings. Seems pretty hard to sign players, even when you have loads of cash. I'm basically using this ML to see what kind of super team I can make, then start another without using the unlimited funds.

Ok I'm done with my first season in division 2 with WE United ML default squad now.

Finished 4th, 1 point below the 3rd place which allows me into division 1. Not a big deal, I will focus on winning division 2 next season, along with the cup, which should be doable, since I've changed pretty much my entire lineup.

Signed Kuyt, Grygera, P. Ferreira and Hazard at the winter transfer period. Which really helped my hopeless defence out a lot. Now at the summer transfer window I am looking for a new keeper and a new LB.

I gotta ad, Kuyt is an absolute bargain! 1 mill aprox. And he is a beast!. His dummy runner skill card will make him try and outrun the defence all the time, making for some killer through balls. He has really made my attacking play so much better, and his form and stamina is great!

Only just started my ML, first season with Liverpool. It's going well, released Hansen (GK) as he was not in any way, shape or form in my future plans. Brought some SMF from some club, sorry, can't be more specific atm. 2nd in the table after 3 games and have't played a domestic cup game or a Europa League game. In the next winter market, I want to buy a good LB as Insua is only rated about 75 on this game, and maybe a good back-up striker for Fernando Torres. And maybe a GK, i'm thinking Edwin Van Der Sar, but chances are i'll never get him!
