I play 10 min games... seems to be enough for me to score a couple or at least get a few chances.. I would score more in a 15-20 game but I dont have the time to play that long!!
i've been a 10 minute man in all the pes games, but ive found on
the harder difficulties in 2009 i need 15 for a decent set of results.
i agree that 10 mins is too short and 15 maybe a little long, but
lets face it if you had a choice between your games all being
0-0, 1-0, 0-0, 0-0, 1-0, etc and 2-0, 4-3, 3-2, 2-2 etc which would
you want...
I play 10 minute games in the ML and luckily the season goes by quickly (and I don't have a lot of time to play) but it's way too low scoring. I have the lowest goals forced and goals allowed and I play very offensively.
Just a question, in ML, does the time affect how much experience you get?? Someone told me you tend to get more skill pts with longer time, but it hasn't been confirmed...
i feel 10 mins to be appropriate..and 15 mins against human...
in these 10 mins i have seen really good scores...so its no worry for me... 5 mins is too short... like cutting urself from lunch btwn work and rushing off for a quick 0-0 match...lol
10 min is perfect... 15 min and you're spending way too long on a match... I mean for ML at least I want things to move along at a good pace, but 5 min is just not enough time to really get a good feel for a match.
So with that said, 10 min seems to be perfect for me.
In Master League and BAL I usually do 10 minutes. The only time when I play 5 minute matches is when Im playing a match in ML that doesnt matter anyway (like the last two matches in a season when I'm one the nr.1 spot and the team below me has more than six points less than me).
I sometimes play 15 minute exhibition matches that kinda work as stress-relief. Basically what I do, is I take one of the best teams in the game (like Classic Netherlands or Classic Brazil) and as my opponent I take one of the worst teams in the game (like Thailand or FC Volendam). I then put the difficulty on beginner and I just start scoring goals. It really helps to relax after a long day of hard work.
I play 15 minute matches in my main BAL game and in my ML. 10 minute matches for my second BAL game. 5 minutes is out of question and playing 20 or more minute matches would result in extremely high AI beatings. (Had 9:0 against Espanyol in my ML yesterday, 15 minutes of shootout... That's Top Player for you...)
u get more experience points if u play longer games yeah, but its only coz u do more of the required things to gain experience because you have more time to do them (eg shots on target give ya experience, n the longer the game, the more shots on target you'll have, theoretically)
15 Mins most matches, I find it good for the way i play with patient build up as Liverpool. But any big game against the top teams or finals, whack on the 20
