is PES 2009 region blocked

does any one know if PES 2009 is region blocked, i don't want to wait the extra 3 weekd to get it here in the states and i'm considering
ordering from shopto like i did last year.

I'll be suprised if PES09 is, I imported Madden nfl 09 from the states and it worked fine. PS3 games isn't region blocked as far as I know.

I will wait it out and play Fifa until then. This way I'll have a good few weeks of fifa saturation to be able to compare them both. I know what to expect from PES. In the end I see myself playing PES as usual. The better gameplay always gets me .

maybe not region locked but will u be able to use the same option files from the european game because you couldn't last year.
most of the option files last year were for the euro edition and they were better.
the only reason i want to import the game is because of the available option files online .
so if that isn't the case this year then i'll wait because the difference in release date is only a month this year compared to the last couple of years.
but if it's the same as last year then i do want to import.
