So if I get the Liga NOS teams in Serie A, I'll give it a go.

In PES 2018, I did transfer the teams from Liga NOS to Serie A, renamed Serie A to Liga NOS and edited the 'original' Liga NOS into something else.
In PES 2019, if I transfer Liga NOS teams to Serie A, I won't be able to change the "original" Liga NOS into something else (because it is licensed), so you'll have two Liga NOS, the original one and the one I'd edit. And you'd have a Liga NOS with other teams, like German or italian teams, and you also couldn't transfer the original trophy to the "new" Liga NOS. Basically, it would make no sense in Master League. What was supposed to be great news for the portuguese community of PES ended up being bad for those who would like to have Ledman Liga Pro.

Well it was possible to get the kits(2018/2019) from these teams(Estoril,Famalicão ,Cova Piedade,Oliveirense,Acadêmico Viseu,Sporting Covilhã,Paços de Ferreira,Académica,Arouca,Leixões,Farense,Penafiel,Varzim,Mafra,Gil Vicente ,Olhanense,União Leiria,União da Madeira)if you can.

I don't know, perhaps yes, perhaps no. You want the kits for PES 2019 or PES 2018?
I'll stick with PES 2018 for a while, unless PES 2019 has more options for editing.

Template changed a bit from PES 2018 to PES 2019, but I think the difference is little, it shouldn't make a big difference, but we'll see when the game is out.
Maybe I do them later. We'll have to wait until the teams actually start playing so I can find pictures of the kits.

News about this project:
I'm not going to buy PES 2019. It doesn't have what I want in a PES game. So, I'll stick to PES 2018. This means I won't be doing Ledman Liga Pro for PES 2019.
However, jagoncardoso, who helped me a lot with the PES 2018 version, started doing updated kits for Ledman Liga Pro kits. Some of them are already avaiable for download, I'll leave a link here:

Also, he might do some of the Ledman Liga Pro teams, replacing English 2nd division teams. This means you won't be able to play Master League with them like on this PES 2018 project, but at least you can play with them on League/Cup/exhibition matches.
And there's also another thing I keep forgetting about: The 'B' teams. I finished them a while ago but I never shared them, since they have more "generic" faces (I didn't have the time to make good player faces for them) and they are not suitable for Master League (the game doesn't recognize them as B teams so they can play in cup, get promoted, etc.). Also, they replace some of the "Lower Division" teams (like Lusitano, Salgueiros, etc.).
