tbh, i'm still trying to figure that out myself.

I've seen some FIFA-to-PES stats converters, but most of them were utter shite.

I intend on directly using the stats that seem to translate well (speed, short/long passing for low/lofted passing, finishing, etc.) and then adjusting accordingly to reach a proportionate rating (i.e, Kei Kamara should be among the better strikers in the league, so i may adjust some of his stats to get above a 74/75, if they don't produce that overall already)

I'm sure that he's asking you to use the Team Export option in PES to save the teams as data then extract those files to PC and therefore he can then import the teams.
