Nope you can't change the structure of the league, but you can swap the teams with the Portugese league that has 16 teams, it's unlicensed as well so you can change the name/logo...

Nope haven't got anything for the 2nd division, if you really want to do 2 teams from there I can try doing one or two kits, definitely not from Black Aces as they're last of the 2nd division so they won't be coming up anytime soon, probably some teams in the top 4 like AmaTuks, Thanda Royal Zulu or Vasco, won't be able to do that until late in the week at best though.

Shot Power= Kicking Power
Agility= Explosive Power
Free Kick Accuracy=Place Kicking
Technique=Ball Control

Aggression, Acceleration & Shot Technique don't exist in PES 2012, you might want to look at my 2011 thread for some of the players that were in game before if you haven't already.
