I've been searching for one myself, but after finding some info online, looks like people are waiting until the season starts in order to get the final rosters.

I might put DC United in instead of Colorado Rapids. But I can't fit one last badge in because of a lack of space, so I may have to use a crappy preset one until someone can update my OF for me....

If it was a PS3 option file I would be happy with 5 teams.

Yeah, but I aint got a PS3 so if you want it, you'll have to make do with a PS2 option file lol.
