I think there are positives in making it very easy to develop your players fast but when the CPU teams can't really keep up it causes some issues.
I've played through something like 5 seasons now having started with the default players and when I go to a manual search in the transfer market and order it by OVR I have the majority of the players in the top 10. There are only a very small number of players that would be worth signing (old Ronaldo) which shows that your players can be developed much faster and further than the CPU is able to do.
Player development is fast and fun but it creates a situation where only you seem to be able to produce the top players which at the same times makes things a bit boring in the transfer market.

for Regen players the CPU Develop them quickly
you need to play at least 10 seasons so you could see the CPU Develop world class players OVR 90

OK, that's interesting. Unfortunately I haven'd been able to put the time in to get that far into my Master League.
Do you think that maybe having so many regens start in your youth team will be effecting this? If they started off at more different clubs then the spread of high OVR players might look more balanced earlier on?

try play a game and skip another
no sense regen players don't just appear in your youth team they also appear as free agents so different clubs tend to sign them quickly which makes weak teams grow stronger

So this is it, the pinnacle of PES 17 for me:

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again - For an original player his development is crazy, this almost shouldn’t happen…he even overshadows all regen players I’ve seen so far in this years game!

No way would Jesse Pinkman (on crack) be as good as this beast!
Maybe if you didn't boycott this years game you could have shown me. Hopefully you'll be getting PES18, because you can't keep playing last years game when that comes out..!?
Haha - I'm working close to there now, half the guys support Blackburn and they bet me I couldn't get Blackburn to the No.1 club in the world on PES...

I stopped playing PES 2016 ages ago. I'm not playing any football games this season.

It's the best place to be.
Well the fact that I found the demo to be dreadfully boring (and Fifa no better) made it a pretty easy decision.
It increases the chance of me buying PES 2018, but doesn't make it a certainty.

Sounds good! Yeah I'm going to start one final ML very soon - keep me busy over the Spring / summer.
I've never done a Brazilian league before (always European) so I might give that a go..?

Fourth season with Genoa. Playing on world class. Won champions league last season but lost the cup final and missed out on the championship even though I and Juventus where level on points - they got the better of me away with a 1-0 win. I drew 0-0 at home. Looking to strengthen my midfield with a new DM. Bought Ruben Navas but he haven't developed a single point in three seasons. Read somewhere that he would become at world beater, but for some reason it isn't happening. It can't be Renato Sanchez and no regens or fake players. I am trying to buy Italien players but they aren't keen on signing with me even though I'm ranked as the 24th best club in the world.
