Need help with support settings

Guys what support settings you use ? i found pass support useless & inaccurate, on Pass Support Level 3 & 4 if i want a through ball straight AI passes it in some other direction, though it does pick a open man, but it is not the play i desired to score, this feels like i am not in control. Also i barely scored 1 goal on this PSL, on manual i scored 4, though controlling the power on manual PSL is a pain.

On PSL 2, i found that with Chelsea 2 players go & block the same player on the ball & leave open gaps to exploit, while with Barca this issue doesn't occur

i want the game to feel like PES5 or PES 2010 is there any way to do so ?

Also please provide a list of ideal support settings so that i can spend more time playing & enjoying the game rather than just tinkering with these settings to no end

If you are looking for the game to feel more like the players are in control than you and it's based more on the player attributes, I would still play Pass Support 2, throughball basic, shooting basic.

What about cursor change, if i use manual will the game use it's logic & try to give me the player nearby the attacker ? i want my ideas to work, I don't like that the game decides the best place for a through ball, i want to score with my own idea, which i was able to do in PES5, PES6 & PES2010

I use a pass assistance of 1. It gives you decent control of the power bar, which I love, but it is assisted quite a bit compared to manual so it shouldn't be too much of a pain for you. It has a small accuracy assistance, so if your pointing very closely towards the player you want, it is very accurate in passing to that player.

With the assisted controls on 3 or 4, there is far bigger range of accuracy assistance to pick out the player you want. As a result, the AI is going to be reading more of your players on the pitch you might want to pass to that fall within that larger range, and therefore, it ironically can make more mistakes in picking out the right player you want. With pass assistance 1, it has less of a range, therefore less players it's going to read you might want to pass to, so there is a less of a chance it might pick the wrong player to pass to, unless of course your own accuracy with the L stick is way off.
