There is no set % for winning games really, if your a poor side who has just got promoted, your not going to be winning every game, in this case the % seems to go up on a run of good performances, few wins, few draws for example.
But once your team gets good enough to fight up there with the big boys losing 1 game out of 5 can have a negative impact on the chairman's rating of you.
As for the missions that get thrown at you, I usually just give the player the chairman wants me to play a chance, and if he's having a poor game change him after the 30mins, which seems to be the set time he wants you to minimally play theses players, is up. Sometimes though they have an ok game can can play the full 90 mins. I have never seen the chairman choose a player who is off form, so at least the lad is going to give it his all when he gets his chance.
The "No card of any colour" speaks for itself, just have to watch those slide tackles for that game.
You will get a huge boost in the chairman's rating once you hit promotion, mine went up to about 50%, and it never dropped lower than 40% even though I struggled to stay in the top league my 1st season there. Now it's started to level out as my squad has improved, my team has got better, my team wins more so the chairman expects more. I went on a winning streak at the end of last season of 7 games and the % never moved, I then only won 2 out of the last 5 games and it dropped a few %.
Winning cups, leagues etc, I'm sure will have a significant impact on his %, but I haven't won anything yet so don't quote me on that.
My advice would be :- Get promoted
:- Do the missions (Unless they are ridiculous)
:- Don't lose silly games.
You probably shouldn't worry about it after that.
