I was just going to ask that. The online capabilities and the hardware of the PC runs rings round the PS2 and the Xbox. Makes sense to have the PC version online.

I agree. Online gaming market is huge... clans would appear if there was enough interest (SK have a FIFA clan) and may be it could feature more in lan tournaments.

since sony took the cheap option, the security is poor so its incredible easy to hack into therefore allowing people to cheat etc.

That didn't stop Half Life mods, UT2004, CoD, BF1942, and a million other MMRPGs and such, and I don't buy it. Ask yourself, what is more likely, the security of PC games was not enough to make it fair and stop people cheating at a football game, or that Konami, showing the same disregard for their fans as they always do, fuck us in the ass again due to their own laziness.

I don't believe security was the reason for not having PES4 online on PC

I'm pretty sure the PC version will be internet ready, because 64k is basic ISDN internet while 1.5Mbit is DSL, besides the slowest network card you can find is 10mbps or 100k so that 64k refers to the internet speed I think.
